Last minute job opportunity!! Our non-profit organization in the beautiful town of Cabrera, Dominican Republic is hiring for this school year, beginning in September, 2021. This is your chance to take the leap, take a chance and start your dream job on tropical island!

One of our lead teachers for this school year recently had to back out of her contract due to reasons beyond her control. Therefore we are looking for a teacher to join our team as soon as possible. We would ideally like the teacher to begin with us by Sept 4th to begin the school year on September 6th. Teaching certification is ideal but not a must if applicant has other classroom or teaching experience and/or a TEFL certificate. Fluent / native level English is a must!

The position would be working with children ranging in age from 6 to 12, but mainly focused on the 6 to 8 age range (roughly grades 1 and 2). Schedule is Monday to Thursday from 8:15am to 3:30pm and Fridays have an early finish of 12pm, leaving that whole afternoon and weekends free to enjoy the beautiful beaches, waterfalls and other natural attractions close to the school. Lunches will be included at the school, Monday to Thursday.

Contract will run from September until June 1st, 2022 with the option to extend.
