JOB INFORMATION

As a Server Assistant at our five star resort in Whistler, you would be responsible for offering
guests of the restaurant an enjoyable, expertly served beverage/dining experience conforming
to company standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness.

Duties and Responsibilities (included but are not limited to):
• Anticipate and service of guests' requirements before requests are necessary
• Serve and clear food and beverage items in an unobtrusive and professional manner
• Complete opening and closing side work as assigned and have all tables set according to
standard
• Carry trays, bus and reset tables with linen, china, glass and silver
• Handle a guest walk out
• Report any guest complaint immediately, to a manager
• Service all needs for any private dining room or private function
• Report any accident immediately, no matter how minor, to a manager
• Breakdown any buffets, displays or side stations when needed
• Clean service area when needed
• Light and refill outside heater with propane when needed
• Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff
