Reporting to the Account Operations Manager, the Outbound Sales & Marketing Associate will focus on company growth by handling daily operations for client accounts related to outbound and inbound lead management.

This role is instrumental in helping SAS-Marketing and their US clients to meet their business development goals.

In addition to representing the brand through great customer service, this role consistently delivers on conversion and activity key performance indicators. They will work on various accounts, learning about different products and services, and becoming a trusted advisor across different industries.

This is an ideal position for someone that likes to participate in multiple projects on an ongoing basis, communicate with team members to improve processes, and share market information.

The responsibilities of the role will include but are not limited to:

Supporting outbound dialing campaigns for SAS-Marketing and designated clients.
Using CRMs, content management systems, and other online tools to maintain and update customer records and marketing materials.
Using online messaging programs and project management tools to discuss company business, attend training, etc.
Compiling data and marketing research to make continuous improvements.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:

3+ years in a customer-facing sales position working with customers in the North American market
Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, and online tool proficiency
Ability to handle mid to high volume of phone activity
Ability to handle multiple priorities at a time
Organization skills
Written and verbal communication
Great Emotional Intelligence
A computer is supplied after 1 year in this role, so you must have a laptop or desktop and access to hi-speed internet to begin.
