I have developed skills in recruitment especially on how to deal with Human Resource professionals. I believe the biggest asset I can develop is communication skills. I was in constant communication with candidates, employers, and each district office of education, all of which allowed me to strengthen my interpersonal skills.

I was told so many great stories from return teachers. I feel really good when they tell me how compassionate and warmhearted the colleagues and students they have met are. I am happy to see that they have adapted to the culture and the way of living in Korea. If they are being good in their work place, it would always be rewarding to me.

If I could go on any program that my company offers, I would choose the Private Academy program. I would prefer to teach small groups of students and would like to have many colleagues who have had experiences in the position so that I can get their help!

Private Academy uses great qualities of teaching materials and aids, so it seems good for me to prepare and develop my lessons too!

We have a great balance. We work together all the time; this team-up makes us achieve the goal more efficiently. We cooperate with each other and come up with an effective plan for dealing with the problem. We always try to improve a circumstance by analyzing the causes of failure as a team.

As I have previously mentioned, great balance makes a great outcome. You need to try to keep a balance between work and relaxation, and the company needs to support people who can do this well.

To be a great recruiter demands listening, reading, thinking, and communicating skills. Most of all, I believe communication skills are very essential in producing better results.
